How to use them

  • Keep the structure (hook, credibility, offer, soft ask), swap the specifics for your niche
  • Always run 2 to 4 email variants in parallel, never just one, that's how you learn what works
  • Send every follow-up. Most replies come from message 2, 3 and 4, not message 1
  • On LinkedIn, keep the connection request to one short line, save the pitch for after they accept
  • On the demo call, do not skip discovery. The frame and pain-digging is what makes the close easy
